Anna & Dan’s wedding day started with preparations at Minneapolis Marriott West! When I walked into the room, there was an excited buzz in the room! It was wedding day!!! While I photographed details of the invitation, shoes, and the rings from Wedding Day Diamonds, Anna had her hair done by the fabulous Gia Johnston and makeup beautifully done by Greta Ellingson! I then drove over and met Dan at the beautiful Hutton House in Medicine Lake for his prep photos! The clean, classy look of this venue is uniquely beautiful and I always love photographing here! After taking photos of Dan’s fun accessories, he put on his suit from Indochino and looked so sharp! Anna arrived with her bridesmaids and they started getting dressed! Anna’s stunning and classy dress was from Annika Bridal Boutique and the bridesmaid’s dresses were from Azazie. Everyone was looking so good!

As Anna & Dan finished getting ready, the greenery on the stairway railing was completed beautifully by Style Society! It was the perfect backdrop for their first look! Dan stood at the bottom of the stairs and Anna made her way down! The look on Dan’s face was such happiness when he saw his bride! Loved this moment! We then took couple’s photos in the venue and made great use of the beautiful mantel that had marque lights that said “Marry Me!” It was raining a little so we stayed inside for most of the photos – what a perfect venue to take indoor photos in! The wedding party joined us and we took more photos!

We then made our way over to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church for family photos at then the ceremony! This is such a historic, old church! Check out the sanctuary! It was a dramatic, long aisle for Anna & her dad to walk down and Dan was beaming! After they exchanged vows, they were pronounced married! Guests then made their way to The Hutton House for a social hour, lawn games, and appetizers!

Dinner was served by Green Mill and was so tasty! Mackenzie James Weddings & Events did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free for the couple! After dinner happened, speeches took place! The maid of honor said meaningful words and the best man had everyone in stitches! After the couple cut their cake, it was time for their first dance! Bluewater Kings Band did an incredible set for this dance! Always love working with them! Once the special dances happened, I took Anna & Dan outside for some “sunset” photos! Yes, it was cloudy and there wasn’t an actual sunset, but the light was gorgeous and we had a blast taking a few just married photos! What a special day with a great couple! Congrats Anna & Dan!
