Courtney & Mark got married just days before Christmas! It was around -3 outside and a sunny, beautiful day to get married! Their wedding took place at Hope Church Apple Valley and it was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and lights! This one was special for me as I did Courtney’s senior photos seven years ago and photographed all of her siblings senior photos as well! I have gotten to know this family well and love them!

Courtney put on her dress from David’s Bridal and got ready in a room at the church with help from her mom and Mark’s mom! Meanwhile, Mark got ready upstairs and put on his black pants and vest from K&G Fashion Superstore. After they were all ready, they shared a very tender and emotional first look! The love these two have for one another is so apparent! After their first look, they read private vows to one another and shared a few more tears! Since it was so cold outside, we did photos inside the sanctuary! Love the look of the Christmas lights in the background of their couple’s photos!

After couple’s photos, Courtney did a first look with her dad! I didn’t hear all that was said but there was one moment where Chris looked at his daughter and said, “I’m so proud of you!” Then Courtney & Mark wanted to do a first look with their families! So they all came in and exchanged hugs! They chose their family members to be their entire wedding party as well! Courtney’s sister was her maid of honor and Mark’s sister was her bridesmaid. Mark’s best man and groomsman were Courtney’s brothers. Their ring bearer was Mark’s youngest sibling and the three flower girls were Courtney’s nieces. Such sweet families and you can tell how close they all are!

Their ceremony was perfect and Courtney & Mark looked at each other with such joy as Courtney walked down the aisle! They exchanged rings and you could see the joy on their families faces as this happened! Directly afterwards their reception took place at Rosemount Community Center. They had fun Christmas themed decor and had giant golden kissing bells on each table! After dinner and toasts, they cut their beautiful cake from Sweet Kneads Farmington Bakery! Then they danced and danced! Just before I left Courtney said she wanted to run outside and get a few night photos and I was totally game! Such a great day with a beautiful couple!
