When I think back and try to explain Ellicia & David’s wedding day, I don’t know how to put it in words. I simply don’t. These two are so sweet & so lovely in every single way! Their wedding day was the perfect unification and celebration of what God has done in their lives and I’m truly honored to have been able to be there to witness this love. I’m a better man because of it! The moment David turned around to see his bride was instant tears, joy, I could even feel the pain in David’s heart because he loved his bride so earnestly! I teared up multiple times during this first look! Then they shared their personal vows and wow! <3

Ok, back to the start of the day! Ellicia & David’s day happened in entirety at Silverwood Park in St. Anthony, Minnesota. Ellicia’s mom helped her put on her beautiful dress from Wedding Shoppe while David put on his suit from Men’s Wearhouse. They then shared their first look in the woods and it was adorable! Then we did couples photos around the venue and we even went over to the island for a few photos! The wedding party then joined us and man was this a fun group!!! We did a few family photos before hiding the couple away!

Their ceremony was outside on the patio and it was stunning! Loved the slight boho vibe in the decor and the ceremony arch was so pretty! David was tears as his bride walked the aisle towards him! Their ceremony was so cool! Filled with worship songs and the couple took turns reciting a chapter of Psalms from memory together! After they were pronounced husband & wife, they cheered and walked down the aisle!

After a relaxed cocktail hour on the patio, guests were welcomed into the Great Hall for the reception. Meanwhile, we chased the beautiful sunset and I’m serious – I could fill an entire gallery just from sunset photos!!! After a delicious buffet from Classic Catering, the best man and maid of honor gave toasts to the couple! Then before the dances started, Noah from Beautiful Day DJs had the wedding party do a wedding day scavenger hunt which was so much fun! The couple shared the first dance (a swing dance!) and Ellicia & her dad did a choreographed dance together! David danced with his mom and the dance floor opened up! We ended the night with a few night photos! Ellicia & David – I love you guys and I’m so happy for you!!!
