The warm sunshine at the end of August made Ashley & Spencer’s wedding day feel like the perfect celebration of summer love! From the very start of the day, there were little details that spoke volumes about who they are. Ashley’s dad beamed with pride over her accomplishments—both in life and in her athletic career—and he made sure I captured something special: a Topps lacrosse card included in her detail photos. That was a first for me!

Spencer is calm, collected, and classy, the perfect balance to Ashley’s joyful, fun, and kind spirit. Together, they radiated a warmth that was so easy to capture, and I left the day not just with beautiful photographs, but with two new friends that I truly admire.

One of the sweetest moments of the day came right before Ashley walked down the aisle — their flower grandmas! It was such a fun, heartfelt twist on tradition, and the laughter and smiles it brought filled the ceremony space with joy.

Royal Cliff was the perfect backdrop for their vows and celebration, with every detail beautifully pulled together by Fab Weddings MN. Taylor Marie Beauty made sure Ashley and her bridesmaids looked stunning, Florals by Claire filled the venue with vibrant, fresh blooms, and everything from the transportation by TPI Hospitality to the music by DJ Matt kept the day seamless and joyful. Brianno’s catering and Buttercream’s cake ensured guests were spoiled all night long!

As the evening set in, the light shifted into one of the most breathtaking sunsets. The golden glow wrapped around Ashley & Spencer and can we talk about her veil?! Such a fan! When night fell, the magic didn’t stop—their nighttime portraits were absolutely incredible, filled with intimacy and spark!

From the very first look to the last dance, Ashley & Spencer’s wedding was the perfect reflection of who they are: joyful, kind, and surrounded by love. What a gift it was to celebrate them!
