Alexa & Jake’s March wedding at Green Acres Event Center was the perfect mix of heartfelt moments and classic Minnesota winter wonder!

The day began with Smokeshow Studios doing the ladies’ hair and makeup, then Alexa put on her gown from Wedding Shoppe, and then the bridesmaids got dressed in their bridesmaid’s dresses from Azazie. Before the ceremony, Alexa shared one of the most meaningful moments of the day—surprising her mom with a restored pearl necklace that once belonged to her grandmother. With the help of her aunt and a jeweler, the heirloom was brought back to life, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room!

The ceremony space, beautifully styled by Florology and seamlessly coordinated by Blue Stone Events, set the tone for a warm and personal celebration. At the reception, guests enjoyed dinner from Green Mill Catering, pie from Sara’s Bake Shop (since it was “Pi Day” after all!), and a packed dance floor thanks to Paradigm DJs!

Then, in true Minnesota fashion, a blizzard rolled in during the reception!!! We stepped outside into the falling snow for night photos, and it was incredible—wind, flakes, and all. Alexa & Jake embraced every second, turning the storm into one of the most unforgettable parts of their day!
