Abby and Jake’s wedding day was filled with excitement, laughter, and the kind of love that was felt by everyone around them! From the very start of the day, it was clear this was going to be a special celebration surrounded by an amazing family!

Both Abby and Jake got ready at Abby’s parents’ house, making the morning extra meaningful and calm. After getting ready, they shared their first look there amongst the tall pine trees — and Jake could hardly contain his excitement to see his bride. The moment he turned around and saw Abby was full of joy, smiles, and the beginning of an unforgettable day!

Their beautiful ceremony took place at Holy Cross Catholic Church, where they officially began their journey as husband and wife. Afterward the ceremony, everyone headed to Bunker Hills Event Center to celebrate. The reception space was beautifully brought together with florals from Forever Floral, and guests enjoyed a fun cocktail hour serenaded by a lively polka band!

Every detail of the day reflected Abby and Jake’s personalities, from the invitations by Truly Engaging and stationary from Zazzle to the stunning look created by La Grande Beauty & Salon and Makeup By Meg. Abby looked amazing in her Wedding Shoppe dress with alterations by Amazing Alterations, while Jake and his groomsmen looked sharp in Men’s Wearhouse suits. Their rings from Kay Jewelers were the perfect symbols of the commitment they were celebrating.

The evening was full of amazing moments, but one of the most memorable was the father-daughter dance. What started as a special dance between Abby and her dad turned into a room full of fathers and daughters sharing the dance floor together. The same happened with Jake and his mom during the mother-son dance, followed by all mothers and sons joining in. It was such a beautiful reminder of the incredible family bonds surrounding Abby and Jake!

With transportation from DJ Party Bus, music and energy from Jukebox Jon, and plenty of fun memories captured in Eric Vest Photography’s “The I Do Booth,” the night was truly a celebration from start to finish. Guests enjoyed a delicious cake from Something Sweet by Maddie Lu, and every moment was filled with laughter, dancing, and love!

Abby and Jake’s wedding was a perfect reflection of them — joyful, family-focused, and full of heart. Loved being part of this amazing day and capturing the memories they will cherish forever!
