10 years ago, Daniel was a groomsmen in a wedding I photographed (shout out to Heidi & Christian!)! I was absolutely honored and thrilled when he reached out and asked me to photograph his wedding! Such a joy meeting Kristina & getting to know her as well! This couple is so sweet and fun!

Their wedding took place outside at Norenberg Gardens in Wayzata! It was a beautiful sunny day and they had about 30 guests there to celebrate with them. When we arrive at the gardens, the couple shared their first look at a favorite spot in front of the lake! Right after, Kristina shared a first look with her dad! He was so proud! We did some couple’s photos around the gardens before the trolly arrived with guests. As guests arrived, they made their way to the waterside gazebo for the ceremony! What a location! The groom’s uncle married them and they were announced as husband and wife!

After some family and friend photos, we all went over and did a group photo in front of the trolly before boarding! Schmitty & Sons‘ trollies are so cool! Guests headed over to the reception and the couple rode with me to the Wayzata Docks for some photos! Love photographing downtown Wayzata!

We then made our way to One Door West by Gianni’s for the reception! Family and friends gave toasts and then everyone had dinner together! What a special day for these two!
