Kiersten & Kevin’s winter wedding at White & Sable felt like something straight out of a snow globe — soft, romantic, joyful, and completely magical from beginning to end!
From the moment I arrived, there was an energy in the air. Not just excitement — but that deep, steady kind of joy that comes from two people who are absolutely sure of each other. Their first look was one of those moments you wish you could bottle up. Kevin turned around and the emotion on his face said everything. Kiersten, stunning in her gown from The Wedding Shoppe, hair perfected by Natalie Jean Hair, and makeup completing the look by LadyVamp Artistry, looked radiant — not just because of the dress and all of her preparations, but because of the way she looked at him. You could see it instantly: this wasn’t nerves, this was peace.
The entire day carried that same feeling. And then… the snow started falling. Perfect, soft, storybook snow! During their couple’s portraits, the flakes drifted down in the most cinematic way possible. It wasn’t super windy, but it was chilly. It was gentle winter magic wrapping around them while they laughed and held each other close. There was no stress. Just two people completely present with each other.
This wedding was not just beautiful, it was meaningful. As they stood together during the ceremony, officiated by Perfect Day Ceremonies & Affordable I Do’s, you could see the weight of the moment — not heavy, but sacred. The kind where everyone in the room knows they’re witnessing something genuine. Their vows were heartfelt. Their smiles constant. And when they were pronounced husband and wife, the joy that filled the space was contagious.
From there, the celebration took off. The dance floor came alive thanks to Bluewater Kings Band, and Kiersten and Kevin didn’t just attend their party — they led it. They laughed. They danced.
And just when I thought the day couldn’t get any better… we stepped outside for about 30 seconds — just enough time to grab a few epic night portraits. Snow still falling and whipping around! It was perfect!
Those quick, spontaneous moments are often the ones couples treasure most. No audience. Just the two of them, newly married, standing in the quiet of a winter night.
Kiersten & Kevin — your day was more than beautiful. It was authentic. Joyful. Intentional. The way you love each other is steady and warm — even in the middle of a Minnesota snowfall. And that’s what made it unforgettable. Love you two and feel so honored to have captured the beginning of this next chapter. ❄️
